Rivotril 2mg is an oral tablet containing 2mg of clonazepam. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine medicine with anticonvulsant, sedative, muscle-relaxant and anxiety-reducing properties. It is used under medical supervision for selected seizure disorders and may also be prescribed in some cases of panic disorder or muscle spasms. The medicine can cause daytime drowsiness, dizziness, poor coordination, memory problems, dependence and withdrawal. Rivotril 2mg is a prescription-only Class C controlled medicine in the UK and must be used only for the patient and purpose authorised by a qualified prescriber.
