Soma Pain 350mg is presented as an oral tablet containing 350mg of carisoprodol, a centrally acting muscle relaxant. Carisoprodol has been used in some countries for short-term discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. It can cause drowsiness, dizziness, impaired coordination, dependence, withdrawal and dangerous breathing suppression, particularly when combined with alcohol or other sedatives. Carisoprodol marketing authorisations were withdrawn in the UK, and it is not currently a licensed UK medicine.
